Did a search but no info so sorry if you are aware of this.

Enter a humvee with mounted TOW.
Fire the TOW.
Server crashes.

Nice betatesting.

I would like to confrim that this DOES happen, we have now tested this at Multiplay UK and are now in the process of taking off maps that has the humvee....

This is indeed a rather problematic issue

it is noticed by EA and it occurs on 16,32,64 p Leviathan and on 32,64 p Night Flight
(prob because that are the only maps with hummer TOW in)
so all Server owners are adviced to remove those maps from the rotation

Leviathan and Nightflight? Are those maps even playable, or have they finnaly adjusted the night vision. The only US/MECSF map that is worth playing is Iron Gator. The night maps aren't really attractive to the bigger audiance.

A new found bug causes some Special Forces maps to crash the BF2 gameservers. The affected maps are:

*
Leviathan 16 players
*
Leviathan 32 players
*
Leviathan 64 players
*
Night Flight 32 players
*
Night Flight 64 players

The Special Forces gameserver crashes when a player fires the TOW missile mounted on the TOW/Hummer.
i3d.nl recommends all customers to remove these maps from the mapcycle as soon as possible.

i created a local server and tried this out, and was amazed that they would let something that is this big of a bug slip through into an official release.
