Yupp, It's that time again!

Time to start working out!

Over the Christmas break, and up till now, i havent been working out. Now, i feel a challenge in the air. A good friend of mine is a big, buff mother fucker, and my girlfriend got a look at his body and i thought a saw a bit of drool.

Well its time to get hardcore.

It's funny because my hockey season is starting soon...so I've been starting my own routine.

200-300 pushups per day + 100-200 situps.

I'm looking into gym memberships, but this is a start.

That's what I do.

Not the hockey thing...fucked my knee up in 7th grade (playing hockey, obviously) and haven't been able to skate since.

But I do 50 pushups, 60 situps an hour, for 4 hours. That way it separates them so I don't fuck my body up.

its good to take an occasionaly break here and there from the gym but only for about 3-4 weeks then dive back in

yeah well, army kinda makes me PT every morning for 2 hours. Usually a platoon run for a hour and we do about 6 or 8 miles than ultimate football in the snow for the other.
