I have just setup internet sharing between two (both online) computers and now when i try to start up my profile on BF2 the screen says "CONNECTING TO ACCOUNT SERVER" and it doesn't get past this screen.

I waited about 20 minutes for it and it still isn't connecting after that amount of time.
I am using a ADSL router and AOL.

Please, please i really need some help on this.

well .....i have a problem similar to this...but i cant get online at all when it happens...go to control panel , then network connections....then click on the connection that your using..then click the supprt tab..and choose repair connection..if that doesnt work...i dunno

thanks for the reply but repairing the connection will do me no good. The connection is fine, i can surf the net and stuff but battlefield.........pffff.

whats the conection speed???

i have 4 comps hooked up to my belkin wireless router at home.....and the connection is from a single cable modem....

when i have someone playing the xbox360...and two people on the pcs all playing games...i dont have a problem whatsoever.....
mine are all hard wired to the router though

I have had 4 pcs all playing bf2 off of my cable connection. No lag at all.
