I read an article on this in the IBD (Investors Business Daily) they wrote about other countries complaining about us using it to knock out one of our satellites that was a risk to other satellites and the space shuttle, BUT china experimented with a method of their own and did nothing to assure the destruction of the satellite, and the debris is still out there in orbit...I might post it here later if I'm not lazy.
