dude, you're like 14 right?
chill. you've barely started your life. this day is not your worst. getting dumped sucks, believe me i know. you'll get over it though. you're too young for that relationship to have gotten extremely serious yet, so take solace in that. if she doesn't realize how good you are, to hell with her. she wasn't worth your time anyways.
your body is still in one piece and you're a little bit sick. thats not a big deal at all.
thank you
any ideas on how to my mind of stuff?
do some pushups and focus on it. it'll release endorphins which make you relaxed and happy. its essentially the same exact high you get smoking weed, but without the side effects/smoking/trouble.
do crunches. watch TV. talk to another girl via myspace or something of the sort. whatever you do, DO NOT talk to the girl who broke up with you, or look at any pictures of her. it'll make you feel bad.
take a warm shower.
do homework or study.
listen to music like hurri said. download a demo and play it through.
go take pictures of shit.
read a book or a magazine or something.
talk to a friend.
man up and ask another girl to hang out. doesn't matter if you know her or not. doesn't even matter if she says yes. the idea is to not let your self-confidence be crushed; thats a hard pit to dig yourself out of. its all just practice for the big leagues.
