lol, That wasn't THAT dumb.
I used to do something similiar at my last job. The place I worked had these belt sanders used for grinding steel. They were HUGE, the sanding belts were 12-13 feet long, and you could cut solid steel in half with them, I used to do my nails, and smooth callous' on my fingers with it.
I used those machines everyday for years and got to know exactly how they worked. But everytime I did it in front of newly hired people, they would stare with this horrified look on thier face. Luckily, I never got hurt beyond a little too much skin taken off a few times.
