Okay I have 2GB of DDR RAM and an nVidia 7600GT.

My friend says his brother can use some of his graphics card RAM as computer RAM (he also has a 7600GT).

I was wondering if it could go the other way, as I have (I think) too much RAM for my computer to utalize, but I think my graphics card could benefit.

Pentium 4 2.4 Ghz Single Core processor
2GB DDR RAM
nVidia 7600GT.

Is this possible/worth it?

For some reason I don't think that's possible. The mobo RAM is for system and process stuff, the graphics RAM is for video stuff.
I may be wrong, though, as I'm not entirely sure it can't be done.

Not possible. I wouldnt let your friend get near a PC for the rest of his life until he learns that isnt possible.

it is possible with turbocache. That tech doesn't exist on the 7600's though
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
