At this point, it looks the Obama haters are just trying to dig up anything they can to try and insult him or anything else otherwise.

Ron Paul is not the answer bud.

Ron Paul uses anti-establishment rhetoric.  Barak uses "appeal to the underprivileged masses" rhetoric.  Either way you look at it, it is rhetoric.  Just because Ron Paul dislikes the FED, IRS, and American interventionism, doesn't mean he is a good candidate.

I agree with a lot of Ron Paul rhetoric regarding the FED and destructive American foreign policy.  I just don't agree that he would be a good president or able to foment the type of change his rhetoric implies.
Then who is the answer? Who among all the candidates will fix your country?

The first step is to realize that your country is broke and that you cannot afford to continue with your current foreign policy.  McCain want to invade Iran, Hillary want to raise taxes to give free healthcare to everyone (trust me im from canada and our healthcare system is a mess.. not a good idea).  What is Obama proposing?

The problem with your logic is that you expect a president to fix our country.  The people make the country, not the leaders.  If we want change, it will come from the people, the driving force behind our government - not a head of state.

Our country has financial problems, sure.  We can't afford to spend billions of dollars on aid, for many reasons, including the siphoning of public money into private companies - not only the idea of fiat currency as an inherently bad idea (except for the bankers).  Our healthcare already is largely socialized, its just not at a G.P. (general practitioner) level.  If I *needed* surgery, I could get it.

I am not necessarily an Obama fanboi.  I think he could inspire American collective thought to improve on our country - which I see as most important - not some specific plan that probably wouldn't see the light of day anyway.

No candidate is really offering up something as profound as a "Great Society", "New Deal", or "New Frontier".

Sweet!  The 'fun' part of the campaign is about to start!  Let the republicans do what they do best!!  Glad I disconnected my TV last month...
Great point...except it's the Dems (Hillary's campaign, specifically) doing this.

Maybe next time.

Ron Paul was the flavor of the week with college kids...   His ideas and promises were ridiculous...
Hillary sucks but i hope she squeaks it out and wins the nomination... It will make it so much easier for McCain
