McCain goes after Obama in victory speech tonight.

Dirt

Of course what do you expect? He has destroyed his competition.. new target time.

FNC’s Rove: "Tonight Sen. McCain took his first shot at him and in a very conservative fashion, saying he is not fit to be commander in chief."

CNN’s King, on McCain’s speech: “That was full bore, welcome to the fall campaign.” A “direct assault to Barack Obama.”

CNN’s Toobin, on McCain playing the experience card over Obama: “This was the argument Hillary Clinton has tried and failed against Barack Obama”

I am listening to Obamas Wisconsin speech right now... man he's slick and fun to listen to... He is a motivational speaker... not a President...
but at as long as he beats Hitlary and McCain wins in Nov... then i'm happy... lol

Kmarion dude.... thanks for making these posts everytime there's a primary.  Its kinda funny to say but coming here is a lot easier than watching TV and waiting through the commercials just to see a bunch of people talking about random stuff.  Your posts are well made and clearly present the main facts and stuff we should know.

Thanks

Wisconsin is Ohio in terms of demographics.

Considering she is banking on wins in both Texas and Ohio, Hillary is done because she will not win Ohio.

Obama is THE most conservative Democrat ever. He is ranked #1 in conservative voting in the senate. I honestly worry about how he is gonna handle some situations as president...

Super delegates can be worrisome.

I saw his other thread, and yeah, I see what the potential problem is.

I don't know why Hillary is being so selfish and even staying in, since she will lose to McCain.

Can you imagine the fall out the DNC would have to deal with if Obama (a Black man) wins the popular vote, wins the super Tuesday battle, goes on a nine state winning streak, and loses it due to the select democrat insiders deciding the vote? I seriously cringe at the thought.

Lucky. Out of the 46 congressmen/women we have (including my congressman) 42 are voting Clinton, only 1 is voting for Obama. 3 others are uncommitted.

Then again, Clinton IS a senator here, so I expected it.

It does seem somewhat counter-productive.

Not sure if this is kinda what you're talking about, but whether or not, this is a very relate-able thread: http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=93937

Oh, that's right. You can't.

God, I swear...some people. It's people like this who probably voted for Bush.

On topic, he annihilated Hillary in Hawaii.

Because I don't think a "backroom deal" will happen with the super delegates, Hillary really needs to win big in both Texas and Ohio to continue.

Whoever the Dems nominate is who the National Journal picks to be most liberal. Remember 04 when Kerry and Edwards were the 1st and 4th most liberal (beating out Kennedy). This year it's Obama (who somehow was 16th most last congressional session).

Also, according to NJ McCain has a similar lifetime conservative composite score as Sam Brownback (!!!).

Regardless of their actual votes or positions the National Journal mysteriously massages their methodology to make the Democratic and Republican candidates respectively the most liberal and conservative in their legislative bodies.

This I think is the real story from yesterday's elections:

Wisconsin vote totals (per the Washington Post):
Obama: 645,945
Clinton: 452,716
McCain: 224,183
Huckabee: 151,160

Out of all total voters ('Pubs 'n 'Crats) that makes for a 3 - 1 Dem turnout (even discounting Republicans and Independents that may have voted for Obama).

Partially because the Republicans think McCain is a foregone conclusion. There isn't much excitement for them now.
