It has been interesting to watch all the comments on the 1.2 patch over the last couple days.  Since it took me three HOURS to download, I occupied myself reading some posts of praises and complaints.  After hearing the complaints about AA in 1.12 and hearing the pilots laugh, with 1.2 the shoe is on the other foot.  But it made me realize that the difference is in our points of view.

Example?  Okay; I am going to take a pair of people in an IDENTICAL situation, with the difference being who does what to whom.  I am talking about the exact same action.

I- am providing effective fire support for my team, while denying the enemy access to important tactical assets, and tying up significant manpower to help my team.
YOU- are baseraping the aircraft carrier you planewhoring fucktard!

I- am providing support for my teammates as they take a flag by covering an area that enemies keep coming from to kill my teamates.
YOU- are a spawnkilling faggot.

I- use my mad uber skillz to close on you and dodge your weak fire while I get into position to make sure I kill you.
YOU- are a bunny-hopping, NooB tube prick.

I- find that I work best on my own, and stay away from the squads that arent' doing what I want and won't listen to me, and to keep them from Tking.
YOU- are a Lone Wolf bastard out for notihing but points and badges, and not helping the team win.

I- am a more experienced player, and find I work best in a tank.  Since I am so good, I stay alive longer and get more kills.
YOU- are a tank whore and hogging all the fun so you get all the points, fag!

I- am a more experienced, higher skilled player, so I am obviously the best choice to fly the plane, since we all want our team to win. I am the obvious choice to fly the plane.
YOU- TKed me just to fly the plane you piece of rotten dog shit!

I- dropped a bomb on an enemy vehicle at a freindly flag, thereby defending the flag and helping the team.  Unfortunately, there was a nearby person on foot I didn't even see, and accidentally killed him.  But it was an obvious accident, and I was helping, so why did you punish me?
YOU- Fucking killed me and stole my kill you fucker!  I was about to C4 his ass!  PUNISH PUNISH PUNISH!

I am sure everyone here can think of several more to add to this.  All it takes is to think of how you think when YOU do something as opposed to when it happens to you.  Good luck to you all and remember that the people you are fighting are working just as hard as you are to do the same shit you are doing.

You shouldnt bomb your own bases in the first place. You're bound to hit someone with people spawning there all the time. Instead, use your machine gun to kill the tank, or wait until the base is neutral.

Very bitter but generally on point.

Here's one:
I - use armor as a fire support platform to cover teammates as they capture an enemy flag.
YOU - park your armor all by your lonesome next to a flag like an old whore with her welcoming legs spread wide for a C4 sausage
