For example do you prefer doctors who just get on with the professional diagnoses or ones who spend time asking you what you think?
Do you prefer those motherly nurses or the ones who are more business like?
Similarly what makes a healthcare professional bad/dissatisfying? and if you have had any contact with healthcare services in your life what did you like and dislike about the people who provided the service?
Should also be interesting to see if there's a difference between UK and US opinions due to private/public healthcare
