Been working for hours now and I really can't find an answer..

If a soldier were to break the rules set ^^^ , what procedure would they go through/punishment would they get/etc

Hm? In the US if a soldier breaks the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) they get court martialed. Depending on the crime, their punishment can range from dishonorable discharge to death.

Courts-martial depending on the circumstances. Dishonourable discharge, or accepting a resignation as conceding fault for offending soldiers actions (usually higher echelon level).
