Special Forces Weapons

How do you get the Special Forces weapons? I mean,

--I already got most of the Vanilla BF2 weapons (like DAO-12, or the M95) in Anti-Tank, Assult, Medic, Support, and...I think something else...

--Do I need to advance a whole new rank just to get the weapons? Or (as I heard), i just need to log a couple rounds with SF and Ill get the SF weapons in the classes I got the Vanilla Unlocks?

No just play a round of SF and after that you'll be able to choose.

With vanilla, you get one unlock per rank-up.

With vanilla and sf you get two. Meaning when you get SF, if you already have, say, three unlocks, you get to choose three immediately and then two after each rank-up.

I know it sounds quite shady, daddyofdeath, even had one guy not want the deal. Fully understandable, this is the Internet; some people get a sick rise out of messing with other people. The bullies that phailed in reality must stalk the Internet, committing random acts of prickness.

Now that I checked, BF2 and everything surrounding it has really gone down! Vanilla itself is now $10 at Best Buy. Like Flem said, it might be worth it to just buy SF. It's a fun diversion, great for I/O fans, because the maps are more urbane and don't leave you running like mad for miles.

Over here I've seen the deluxe edition (vanilla + SF) in stores for € 9,99.
