A kid who was born to some teenage mother in a Wainuiomata, (a suburb in Wellington NZ,) bus stop legally named her kid "Wainui Bus Stop Kid".
I suppose at least you can pronounce it and of course the kid has a different name now.

Worst I have heard of was a kid called " Drew Peacock" . Apparently the parents didnt pick up on it till years after.
Hugh Janus is another contender.
