Let's see, in no order

Sonic Adventure (DX)... great boss battle versus Perfect Chaos. I loved that game so much.

Half-Life 2, Episode 2... again, fun fighting all the Striders and Hunters, and the ending was amazing

World in Conflict... not really a boss battle, but an awesome final mission

Call of Duty 4... easy-ass "boss battle" but the ending is just powerful

Portal... you know why

the last mission in Just Cause its in three seperate missions but gaining access to the island chasing and shooting down the missiles in a fighter while taking fire and then jumping out if your plane and onto the presidential jet (hard to time at first) then chasing him out and doing a free-fall chase 1000s of feet above the sea and finishing the game by strapping C4 to the presidents back.

I love the end of MOH Airborne where about 10 Elite Nazi Storm units come to kill you. You have to get 3 or 4 headshots to kill one and they all have MG42.

I beat all of them with the tranquilizer weapons. And held up the end to get his camo. You get quite a lot of bonuses for it

Beat me to it. Not only were Boss Battles epic, but so were fighting some of the other creatures (like the snake serpent). Aren't the succubusses hot? Overlord baby!

Well on the pc there where some extra mission and such, you had to beat last boss with your bare knuckles, yes that's right your knuckles and you only had 2 healthkits on the map. Then you might wonder how much those sucks really. Being taken down by one guy is pretty damn good.

Then TMNT back in time where you throw the foot soldiers on the screen to hurt shredder that was something new.
