I think I like Lost a bit too much!

I'm thinking that time on and around the island goes a lot slower than anywhere else, so they might have only been there a week to everyone else around the world but tot hose on the island they've been there a few months.

I'm still sticking with my theory that the Island is there to show people where they go wrong in life and give them a chance to make everything it better, if they go before it happens they get fucked.

I like that theory

I also like the theory that maybe all of them were born on the island.  That's why they're all connected.  The island, the natives, and Jacob have a lot of power dealing with fate/world events.  When people who are meant to change the world fuck up their own lives, the island calls them back so they can find themselves again.
