I'm an antisocial person so for the most part i don't hang with a group. When i do i tend to be a leader, but only because i go my own way and no one else has a clue so they follow the only guy who is doing something. I will follow a good knowledgeable leader, however, if i am doing something over my head

Depends on the situation. The best leaders know when and how to follow.

Right now, I'm a follower...it's my role.

In my next assignment, I will likely be in a leadership position again (and those are WAY better).

I keep to myself unless I know exactly what I'm doing.

In class most people ask me for help and a lot of people do what I do when I'm with others. But i'm not a prideful asshole ether, Pride is something thats completely relative and impermanent. If you get attached to that idea your going to get knocked on your ass for being an arrogant fool and you will feel horrible for it.

i kind of take a leading role because i designate tasks to people and kind of get the overall idea

I prefer to follow, but a book once contained the quote, "It's often those that do not lead that prove to be the best when leadership is pushed on them."

That quote rang true in BF2 once, and in a school science project. It also helped that my fellow classmates were diamond-sharp compared to everyone else.

What you gotta watch out for when following people are people who think they know how to lead, but don't. Talking like your have authority and trying hard doesn't cut it all the time. It's better off to do your own thing at that point.

I was nominated for the leadership award in elemantary school, where after six years the teachers come together and nominate about 10 people for the award. So I guess I'll pick leader, although I just do more of a "my own thing" than like actually setting out to lead. If people want to follow me, then so be it, but it's not like that's what I am purposefully trying to do.

I lead.

At my work, a lot is on my shoulders. I have to tell people what to do, follow labor laws for breaks ect. . There is not much room for error. If I get behind I'm pretty much f*cked. I have fun doing it because I consider it a challenge and it makes me feel superior. My job gives me a big confidence boost and it almost helps me in real life since I was shy, now I'm not.

Even in school quite a lot can rest on my shoulders in the likes of groups and so on and the responsibility is a great challenge. Much like Obiwan, I like the superiority and unlike most who I know, I seem to be able to handle it. At 16, I have had more than my fair share of responsibility and I'm always hungry for more.
