-Engineer kit only to prevent spamming of flash/medic/clays/C4.

arent knife servers a violation of the BF2 ROE. ive seen countless servers closed and peoples accounts banned for stunts like this.

if there is a password on the server, it can´t be ranked. so the RoE do not count anymore.
