Right now I'm knocking up a couple of bacon sarnies for a late lunch. How do you like yours? Grilled, fried, smoked, unsmoked, red sauce, brown sauce?

Mine...

Two white buns, toasted, two rashers of grilled unsmoked bacon in each (must be nice and crispy), with just enough brown sauce to still let the flavour of the bacon come through, sometimes I have em with scrambled egg if I'm in the mood.

Show some love for the Bacon Sandwich.

Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.

lol, I jus had some for lunch, was lilke damn thats good.

4 rashers grilled in toasted whit bread. Not usually a fan of ketchup but it goes well here.

Either smoked or unsmoked bacon,but can't be crispy i like it cooked not raw.

Bacon egg tomato sausage ftw.On doorstop bread
No sauce unless its going to be something dry like bacon and cheese.

Red for sausages-brown for bacon.

Edit -normally fry the bacon just a habit,i do own a grill.

Might be a bit late but try this.

CRISPY BACON and MELTED CHEESE BAGUETTES

Pack of Bacon
Part baked Baguettes
Cheddar Cheese
Cucumber or Cress
Tomato Sauce (or whatever you wish)

Turn the oven on low
Fry or grate the bacon until the fat has gone crispy
As the Bacon cooks grate the cheese into a microwavable bowl (not going to use saucepan on hob as it may become a bitch to clean)
Put the Baguettes in the oven with about 5 mins to go until Bacon is cooked (supermarkets sell these in a clear wrapper)
Grate the cheese, place in a microwavable dish then microwave for 1 min
Slice the cucumber or trim cress with scissors
Remove the baguettes as they are nearly cooked now, the bacon has gone crispy
Open the baguettes up with a sharp bread knife you you get a perfect cut.
Give the cheese another 30 seconds on full power which will melt it into a gooey liquid.
Put Bacon into Baguettes, slide the cucumber between bread and bacon
Remove cheese and pour along the length of the baguette so it sinks
Put tomatoe/brown sauce ontop and if you chose Cress sprinkle this ontop.

My mates love Saturday mornings round my house before we go out and play our sport.
I recommend Coca Cola with it as if you been on the lash the night before your mouth already feels dry and this will dry it out even more and the bubbles will feel like a life saver.

Im getting all of the above tonight on the way home from the supermarket ready for tomorrow morning. You can add sausages but leave the cheese out.

I had 2 bacon sandwhiches today.
Made one for breakfast, but took it to work to eat, only to discover my boss had bought me one. So I saved it and had it for lunch, as well as a meatball marinara subway!

Mine was bacon, fried egg, salad and mayonaise.

Don't put brown sauce on your bacon sandwhich, it ruins the flavour of the bacon

most epic sandwich ever:

get a skillet, put some oil in it.
fry some bacon, remove and set aside
add some onions to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes
while they are cooking, pour a half bottle of dark beer in the skillet (you know what to do with the rest)
add 3-4 slices of rare roast beef
simmer until the beer is almost gone.
while this is going on, toast a nice nice hoagie
put the onions and beef on the hoagie, season generously with pepper.
add the bacon, and top with cheddar cheese. toast until the cheese is melted.

oh boy, i want one now.

I don't know but I have played hockey n cricket vs Asian teams in the past and there is always history between our clubs. Fights usually break out. What we do now is Beef or Bacon rolls for tea and they tend not to come back to the clubhouse. I'm not a racist, far from it we just don't want the aggro to carry on after the match.
