I dont agree with his politics, but the mans old, you cant expect him to sleep like 5 hours a night for months on end and still do everything right.
Then again, now that I think about it, that would be a quality well suited for a president, in a time of national crisis you need to be able to not sleep for 48 hours and still be able to think straight and put on a good face for the nation to keep everyone calm.

What's sad is that liberal Republican is even an issue in terminology.
We need more liberal Republicans to aid conservative Democrats in forming some sort of cohesion in this country. It's hard to make suitable compromises in policy when you've mostly got Kuciniches and Pete Sessions-type people in Congress.
Moderation is a good thing, and the right wingers of the Republicans should now be able to see that McCain is the only candidate with any chance of beating the Democrats -- precisely because he's a liberal Republican.
