Well as the law requires you to be 18 to serve or handle alcohol, and the average age of McDonald's employees is like 15 so they can pay them below minimum wage, I highly doubt it will happen ever.

I used to get beer at the McDonalds in Rupungi(Tokyo). It was great getting beer with a big mac.
