Yestoday, I and a clan member playing BF2 in a server. I created a squad and wanted him to join my squad. He said he couldn't because he was already in a squad and won't let him leave the squad when he clicked Leave button. Then I looked up the players list, he wasn't at any squad and he was unassigned. Then I told him this, he said he and another dude was in a squad but the system won't let him quit the squad.  I invited him, he pressed yes, didn't work neither.

That's so weird!!! Never seen this before.

Yeap, this bug was in 1.12. Also sometimes I can't create a squad for USMC/MEC. But I think this bug had place before 1.2 aswell. Might need a serverrestart.

soem servers dnt allow u to create a new squad until  a squad is full

Old bug... only way to fix is to leave the server and come back. I've tried switching teams and I would be stuck in a Squad on the other team. Very annoying bug

I was in a server once where the MEC/PLA team couldn't make squads but USMC could. I'm pretty sure that it wasn't a server restriction either.

i think that it has to do with the server manager thingy...

the thing that lets you "swap teams" and "warns that your language is unacceptable and to keep it clean"...if that is a sepearate server manager, i think it is that that is causing it and not the game.

EDIT: i think i'm right but if not, someone else tell me.  sorry for all that read this and believed it if i'm wrong.

EDIT AGAIN: you know that 7/6 squad bug? well i have seeen a bug on servers with the "swap teams" thing that automatically puts you in a squad and you can't leave it no matter what.  in the 7/6, 8/6, etc, of all the people in the squad, someone is on the other team.  I noticed it just yesterday.  it is the nametag bug.

I THINK AND AM ALMOST POSITIVE THAT IT IS THE SERVER MANAGER THING, NOT BF2!
