I'm trying to disconnect an ethernet cable from the wall jack (FiOS) but the damn thing won't move. I press the little lever, pull, but it just won't come out.

What should I do? I was thinking of pulling with pliers, but the panel is already loose / shoddy

pull harder? theres not too much else you can do... are you alright with damaging the cord? cause you could try to fit a paper clip in and bend/brake the male side of teh cable so that it will coem out.

sometimes you have to push the cable in, press the tab and then pull.

I now dub not being able to do a simple task "pulling a hurricane."

"I can't get the cap off my water!"
"Sucker, you pulled a hurricane!"

"I can't open this condom wrapper!"
"Virgin, you pulled a hurricane!"
