Hard drive is F'ed

Been running all my anti-spyware and virus programs I have, but my hard drive space has been shrinking and shrinking.

I think some kind of worms got it or something. Should I try messing around with other programs or do you think its time to reformat?

My 3rd hd does that when it gets really hot but it only gos from 40gb to 18gb.
