i disagree. im an IT professional, and i dont think open source is the answer to everyone's ills. M$ is the market leader for a reason, it's easy to use, and the support base is ginormous. i do agree, however, that some things are better left to other developers, but as far as directory services are concerned, active directory is a clear winner. firewalls on the other hand, better be left in the hands of dedicated hardware appliances like cisco. and exchange server leaves much to be desired from a corporate mail solution.TheAussieReaper wrote:

i run linux on my non-gaming box, and really wish my games were compatable with it, it takes 3:30 for my gaming box to get to desktop and finish all startup apps and fedora only takes about 0:45, what a difference!!!

All that error is saying is that the program tried to use memory that was already allocated to a different program. If you don't want that error, turn off DEP, or get more RAM.
