Ok, so i've got a capture card now.  I need some advise for compression and quality.  I have done one already.

Tell me what you guys think of the video.  If there is a way to reduce the file size while still keep around the same quality I would really like to know!  Mabey someone should start a guide about video capturing/editing.  Oh and some of you history channel buffs might like the 1 min clip I used for testing.  ^_^

Links have been fixed could you please tell me if those are good quality encodings?
