holy fuck
exactly what I was thinking when I saw them....I am glad that I knocked one of them down (not something I normally do though). I can only hope that his cell phone broke completely.

I am glad that you all think I did the right thing...I was never in doubt about testifying against him...well not until I heard that he would be deported after jail. I never ever meant for that to happen. I know he fucked up and that he deserve to spend some time inside, but I do not believe in deportation.

You did the right thing, you just told the court what happened (the truth)

Remember its the court that hands out the punishment according to danish law.

I read the link and he was DUI and he drove on a red light its so typical those that drive DUI always survive

Once again you did the right thing, and you cannot blame yourself for him being deported. He broke the law and he got punished.

Talk about a weak sentence. What's wrong with deportation? He should have gotten that and a considerable more time in lock up.

You did what any sane person would've done in that situation, mate. Nothing to feel guilty for.

And good on you for whacking the idiot trying to take pictures.

You have nothing to feel bad about.

The guy was guilty. If your drunk and waving a loaded gun around a kill someone, you are going to jail. A car in the hands of a drunk is just as deadly. Personally I think he got off light. Should have been more like 15 years.

Make sure you talk to someone yourself. Seeing that kind of carnage can have an effect on you, even if you don't realize it now.

You did absolutely the right thing.

However, meeting the person changes everything. Think long and hard about your actions, though, and I still think you'll sleep easy at night.

The guy went to a tequila party? Killed 3 men? And only got 2 years and a deportation? And you feel sorry for the guy?
You did the right thing, to bad he didn't die instead of the men in the other car. Would have served him right.

Congratulations, you did the right thing!

Did those two voyeuristic morons get any charges for not helping?

I think that guy should also get his driving license revoked permanently all across the EU.

Fuck him. Three people are dead. Some kid out there is probably without one of their parents. He's a dumb cocksucker and you should have smiled when you looked at him and his family. Not your fault he's a fuckup.

Estonia? Now how come this does NOT surprise me at all... Just gotta hope that he gets all the proper facilities and benefits of a former Soviet prison with bum love included.

I think for drunk driving which leads to death, you'd get involuntary manslaughter, in which case you wouldn't get the death penalty.

It's possible for being drunk it's manslaughter 1/2/3. It could also be vehicular homicide. I am pretty sure if you just cause an accident (sober) it's involuntary manslaughter. I haven't killed anyone with a car so I don't know.

You're not responsible for shit. He's responsible that he's getting deported, he's responsible that he's getting slammed up for 2 years, he's responsible for the deaths of 3 people.

Should be considered murder...Alcohol shouldn't be a way of excusing someone's actions.
Alcohol doesn't excuse one's actions, but it wasn't murder.

Yep, same here. Don't feel one bit bad for that drunk driver.

You did the right thing, had you not, this guy could have possibly walked away innocent.  For the respect of the people who died, you did the right and good thing.

The wreck scene was probably a mindfuck, might wanna make sure you are o.k. with it, if you are currently unsure.

Cheer up man, judging back your actions, you seem like a good person.

if this dude really felt bad, I dont think getting deported would be floating around his conscious too much.  Id be more distraught over the 3 lives that I was responsible for taking that had no business being taken.
