Ok man going from what I know already;

Fitness splits into 2 main cats;

Cardio - How long you can do something (basically)
Weights - Lifting etc. (Pretty obvious)

If you want to lose weight you need to do 30-40 mins cardio 4 times a week, as well as cutting out any other shut you eat for raw vegetables/fruit

When designing the workout plan it's good to give yourself a days rest  and alternate what sorts of things you do ie;

Monday - Cardio
Tuesday - Weights
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Weights
Friday - Cardio
Saturday - Weights
Sunday - Day off.

Leaving a day in between is a good idea.

When doing weights;

Low reps high weight - Strength training
High reps low weight - Toning (That how it's spelt ?! )

Need any more help look me up on xfire/pm

Biking is good, running is better. Run a mile or two every day, and most importantly eat less and more healthy food- I know thats hard in your McDonalds, Pizza ages but try.

i beg to differ. biking > running (much less stress on the body and works out more muscles)

Even better than that is swimming.  Although I don't have a pool and I'm a runner/downhill biker.

Fast Food is disgusting.

Good luck with your Duke of Ed O2.
Lol was in McDonalds's 2 hours ago. But i can afford eating fast food since I'm really slim. Its not healthy though.

Meh, sucks.  I weighed 175 lbs. in the fall before XC, 175 through it, 175 after it, 175 after Turkey Day, and 175 now.  Haven't done anything except a pushup and crunch workout every day.  I'm pretty happy, but it's unrealistic for the normal person.  There's probably something wrong with me.
