Can't say im a fan of this despicable individual here. Hard to say if the dog was already dead(regardless no excuse for this kind of beahaviour froma marine). Not only is it cruel if the animal was alive or not a fake stuffed thing, it is is harmful to the corps. The video has been pulled from youtube I think, but you can find stories in various places. His name was matori and supposdely based out of kaneohe bay Hawaii. I actually lived on the same base from 95-98 when my father was stationed on the navy base. Hard to say if this is real or not again, but this Marine desvere's punsihment via legal means and or discharge for his act's imo. Sure wourse thing's happen day to day to animals all over the globe, but this from one of our service men is just plain deplorable.
