New York City is best to visit either in late autumn/early winter or the early summer time. In early winter there are Christmas lights everywhere, we have the tree at Rockefeller center. Ball drop at times square later on. All of the trees turn color. It is all very pleasant and reminds me of Home Alone 2. In early summer there are always a crazy amount of events going on around the city, especially in the parks. So when does your town shine?

Are you writing a travel brochure?
Pretty much never. Everyone's aim is to get out of this town, not into it.

Summer, you fry like a maggot on the pavement inside your own home. Spring and fall are short. Winter is the only break from the humid, and hot weather. So I'd go with winter in San Antonio, Texas.
Thank you global warming.

Visit Scotland any time of year! You are not guaranteed any sort of weather condition and will probably experience all.

Summer. We don't have winters anymore... It can get up to 30C here at summertime
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
not during summer, even though the place is absolutely beautiful, there are just too many Butlins tourists, the bastards are everywhere, I'm you want a great place but no few tourists, come during spring time, everything is flowering and still looks epic. Never visit here during the summer hols, I will hate you for it lol
