Teeth pulled isn't shit. I've had worse. You'll be fine champ. A few pointers, the Anesthesic needle hurts going in, and make sure when the doc asks you if it hurts, be honest. Don't say it's fine when it isn't.

Also, make sure you either pack the hole where the tooth was with medical wrap (they'll give you some for sure), or, if you feel air (breathing YES I MEAN BREATHING) through the wound, that means the hole where your tooth was, was deep enough to be in your sinus', which won't heal very well unless the hole i sewn shut.

It can hurt, and will ache for several days. But it's a headache level pain. not bad really. It's not fun, but it's nothing to fear. The needle that is meant to numb is the worst part. And by worst I mean "dammit! that stings!". It's no where near "HOLY GOD I'M IN HELL!!!!!!"

Expect some good pain. But unless a paper cut makes you pass out, you'll be fine.

Trust me, I'm the resident mouth-medical guru here. You'll be fine buddy.

Good luck man. I didn't have any pain after I had mine pulled. The drugs take care of that nicely. Just remember not to drink through straws and keep the food soft and you'll be fine.

According to my dentist, it looks like I won't have to get mine out. Apparently my jaw has enough space in it to accommodate the extra three (not four, three - I seem to be missing a tooth ) teeth.

its not that bad. I had four wisdom teeth pulled out on a the same day.

they knocked me out first, took 3 hours to do the whole thing.

Remember to rinse your mouth with salt water. The dentist will give you a syringe. After a week or so when you start eating solid foods, you that syringe to squirt debris out of the holes where your teeth used to be. The holes will close up.

They give you pain killers but not the opiate kinds. You are not going to be in pain that would justify getting strong painkillers anyways.

I had them removed when I was 16. When I woke up after the surgery the pain was excruciating. They actually gave me more painkillers which barely worked. Also, my mouth kept filling up with a mixture of blood clots and saliva which was facking annoying. That was the first day though. The day after it didn't hurt anymore, I just experienced a minor pressure in my mouth.

I've got to get mine out some time as well. My bottoms are coming in at odd angles. Well, the came in at odd angles a few years ago, was the worst pain ever. My left tooth shifted my entire bottom row of teeth, so that when I lock my front top and bottom teeth, I can feel a ridge where they should line up. I'm guessing its off by a quarter inch or so. At some parts, I can even feel my tounge through, so the offset is that much worse.

I haven't been to the dentist in years, since I had a tooth fixed. But I brush and use mouthwash religiously. I've always had very good teeth.

Fucking dentists are the devils.

got mine removed today, went out easy. So far it's healed pretty well, not painful at all. So for all of you who still need to get it done, don't worry it can also be ok experience. Although I was droolinng on the floor for an hour or so because my lip was all numb from the triple dose i got
