Im back
I didnt blow out my mobo so its all good
but my computer wont POST and i need some help trying to figure out the problem

i hate to say it, but usually no POST means bad mobo. get any beeps or anything?

Unhook everything (Hard disk, memory, GPU, ...) and try again. If it still doesn't post (or no "memory is gone" beebs) then your mobo is dead.
If that works, add memory, test again
add gpu, test again
add HD, test again

Should have found the problem by now
