Maintaining good diplomatic relations with foreign countries is essential for world peace. Unfortunately, the Bush administration has all but shunned diplomacy and has, consequentially, ruined our relations with other countries. So, the question up for debate is this: What kind of diplomatic activities would you promote to ensure that these diplomatic relationships are not only repaired, but strengthened as well?
Here is my diplomatic activity idea:
It's called "The Dew Cube Challenge". A 24-pack of Mountain Dew is shaped like a cube, thus giving it the nickname of "The Dew Cube". Coincidentally, there are also 24 hours in day. In The Dew Cube challenge, world leaders would meet up and compete with each other to see who can drink an entire dew cube in 24 hours. This diplomatic activity is both reasonable and feasible because you can pace yourself and drink just one can of Mountain Dew per hour and still complete the challenge.
