Vehicle servers, where are they???

I'm not able to find any city maps (vanilla) with less than 50 players. If I find them whatsoever.... Karkand is DESTROYED with IO servers. Trying to get 40 kills with engineer, but it seems impossible... At least on that map. When the map starts up you'll have to beat 20 other who wants an armored vehicle and before that you have to figure out where you spawned...

So my question is if some of you know any servers with nothing more than 40 players, 64 maps, with vehicles which it is possible to get 40/44 kills at ??? Doesn't matter if it's BF/SF/AF/EF as long it's possible...

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotland has veichels at 50 players i think ( citymaps ) try play there early or late at night then the player count won´t be so big if you want your kills.

Or get in a plane/chopper in Wake. ( IF you can handle those )

I see you have Special Forces, though. Just join a mid-sized Warlord. That's where I got mine. I tank whored until it was down to the palace, then ran inside and Uzi'ed everyone

(Side rant: I did the same thing TWICE for my expert Spec Ops combat and neither of them counted due to server issues or something)

Jsut play I/O karkand as Engi. Your Shotty and the needlegun are kickass on close quarters. Try that one.

Well, I hate to be one of those people, but, with the way servers are going, and they people on them, BF2 is definitely fading out fast. That's a fact. It's no where near dead, but the community has long shriveled since it's glory days.

It's hard to find anything but Jalalabad/karkand/mashtuur IO server that's full or even lively. The few servers that aren't City/IO are usually full with the few people left that PREFER those maps. While those servers are out there, there is far less of them, and I share your frustration.

Well, I said any maps... Really, I did.

But I need a map who doesn't have the flying threat. It's impossible to get 40 kills on a map with jets and choppers. You're a sitting duck if your inside i rolling can.

we had our server on a city maps rotaion with vehicles but it was very hard to keep it going, It is now on wake 24 / 7, if you want I can change it to a city map with vehicles but what map would you want?

anyway, let me tell you how to get 44 kills - SF 24/7 Ghost Town HBD server. Massive baserape!!!! I love the HBD servers.

If you're in a tank, it is! Where are you gonna hide??? Even at Ghost Town, Mass D and Surge you're toasted if the other team has a decent pilot/gunner. And I'm not a good pilot my self, or else this wouldn't have been a topic.

If you are skilled in the tank, on Ghost Town you can shoot down the helis many times, believe me!
Ghost Town is very dangerous for the helis, if the tank drivers are good enough!!

Dude i have no idea where you are looking for vehicle servers but there are plenty out there. 64 player map with 48 players or even just 32 players.

I, very rarely, play IO and have an account just to play it with friends. This is so my 'real' BF2 stats don't get contaminated with the crap that goes on in IO servers. I have no trouble finding vanilla or sf servers. Do you have too many filters checked?

Try getting 40 kills against all the Medic and Support players that populate I/O, even on a "high points" server, it's close to impossible.

You could play on our server. We play all maps. Pretty small pop during the day, gets a lot better at night. Rounds can last up to 50 minutes sometimes. See my signature below and you'll get the information.

I think I got 30 something on Dragon Valley.

Then again, the chopper pilots sucked so bad that I killed them with the main cannon more than they killed me.
