The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. Do you have a PSP slim, or the older fat kind? I know the new slim ones have those plugs you can buy that'll plug into a TV or whatever, and if you had a capture card on your PC, you could just plug it into there... but that's not very cost-effective if you don't already have the stuff.
