Added up and these guys are closest in total number of hours needed out of top 10 people.
All around 500 to 700 hours needed total on diffrent things. Except Sgt_MaxPower hes at 300.

Its not about who will make it first, it's when this glitch will stop. The guys that have colonel have like 300,000+ points meaning they already qualified for all the general ranks except maybe for the 4 star because of medals and badges missing.

Just serched threw like the top 60 threw leaderboards in your BQHW or whatever it is and the only one worth putting up is MailMan[3GUNS] which he needs about what Sgt_MaxPowers does in hours wise.

The ranking system is great now. No longer based on who has the most points.

but who has put in the time and effort to get the badges etc.

If it was my guess it would go by points because Master Srgt. and 1st Srgt. are intermixed of the leaderboard, so i think that would also apply to the the higher ranks...but then again you get both of those ranks at 20,000 points and Colonel and General are 30,000 points apart

Read UBAR. If it is correct, it says that the General rank goes to the top ranking person of the month - it dosn't matter if no-one has gone above colonel. That must mean that there is someone above Colonel, i.e, someone who does have the badge qualification as well as the points, who isn't in the top 10. If not, maybe UBAR is incorrect, or EA havn't awarded the rank yet.

chuy might be able to alter the scoreboard so it does rank first then points for the officer ranks?

With 1Sgt and its equiv (forgot its name) etc it doesn't matter since as ranks go they are both the same pay grade in reality.

And the 4 star general rank will go to the highest ranking 3 star general each month.

Anyway I like the idea of being ranked by your rank then score, makes more sense to me.

Like i said before the only person close to Sgt. Max Powers is MailMan[3GUNS] and he needs about 300-400 hours also in vehicles. Sorry hes not on poll didnt find him until later and he was in like the 30s or something points wise.

In order to make general you need all vehical expert badages thats 400 hours in aromr, 300 in airplane, 60 in ground deffence, 100 in AA, and 400 hours in helo!!!!

If you look the closest person has all vet badges
