School: Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck (a good book in its own right, but I wouldn't read it leisurely)
Leisure: Start Small, Finish Big - Enterprising advice from the Cofounder of Subway - Fred DeLuca. [i](it's starting to get to be a bit of a drag though..). Also, been reading parts of The Dilbert Principle (Scott Adams) and The World According to Clarkson (very funny)

Book that changed my perspective on business and life: Pour Your Heart Into it (Starbucks)

That just shows you how unbelievably ignorant you are to the world. Someone who doesn't read should be banned from having remotely intellectual debates.
Er...that doesn't mean I don't know anything about the world. I do read alot of articles, newspapers, scientific journals and the like. I'd say I'm fairly clued up on the current world situation and the history of places, moreso than the average person.

Just because I don't find many books/novels interesting, doesn't mean I'm an ignorant person. That's just pure bollocks.

Just finished reading "Night" by Elie Wiesel, and I'm still working on "Homage to Catalonia" by Orwell. I haven't had much time to read lately.

I don't read much (see my other post) but I do read lots of articles in the papers. Financial Times Weekend is just filled with everything I need to know. I don't read any novels, nor see why I need to.

No it isn't. Wow, you can read simple articles underlining things that are happening in the world at the minute. Well done.

Novels are the last physical thing man has that leave an insight into emotions, thoughts and a astounding way to express themselves. Novels open up a world of imagination and wonder, something that makes us, us. Humans are not animals because of that special gift, and as the generations go on, you guys think it's just "pointless" now. Open up your minds. Read something interesting that blows your mind away. You are destroying what man holds so closely to heart. Books are what made man and history, without them, the world would not exist as it does now. Your utter ignorance to that fact just shows me how much you know about the world.

Stop fucking rotting in front of a screen thinking you are some type of smartass because you can get 3 As and know what is going on in the world.

pick up The Stand by Stephen King

best novel in modern history imo, and just pure unadulterated genius. It's a profound story involving God, the devil and the last few thousand survivors of a epic plaque.

The only books I read nowadays are technical. I don't have time to read for the sake of reading. Last book I read was The Bourne Identity, but I had 16 hours on a plane to kill.

Faded Sun Trilogy.  I didn't realize that it was actually printed in the late 70's which is pretty cool.
