I'm thinking the smart answer would be to take the 19inch because its my old monitor. So I can risk breaking it and such but what would you all do ?

The 19". Hell, I think my 17" is a pain to take to LANs...
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
Take the 19 inch. Probably easier to carry and if you break it, you'll still have the better monitor.
19 is for pros. Take it.
19 it is thanks guys. I'll just have to remember to change my resolution back down before I turn my pc off.
How would you break it? Do LAN parties turn violent? How much more could the 22" weigh?
