im going to colorado ....and no doubt in between skiin ill be shoppin or somin along those lines

i want an ipod touch 32gb....will it work in the uk..

i may buy an xfx 8800gt ...will it work in the uk ?

If you want to buy an AC charging cable for the iPod, wait till you return home. You use 220V outlets don't you?

As for the video card, I think PCI-E is pretty standard. (correct me if I'm wrong)

i agree on the gfx card...but was more thinkin bout some kind of chipset in the american version of the touch or somin along those lines...the fact tht the pods only come with a usb cable...i dont think affects any power problem....

They will work, just make sure the wall charger to the iPod fits the outlets at your home, if it comes with one.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. Both will work fine, as mentioned above the charger won't work so get one in the UK.
