*Thanks Dutch law for that*.
Can Dutch Law actually protect you from international regulations set be Apple?
Apple can deny me the right of guarantee if I demolish my iPod. But further it's none of their business what I do with their computers. And it's actually not only dutch law, what would Apple do? Sue me for modifying my own iPod. Which I bought with my own money? Hell I'll paint it pink if I wish to do so.

If you hack it, what does it actually give you for extra's over not hacking it? And, can you also hack a first generation iPod nano? The ones with the chrome back side.
As far as I recall, this hack works for the 5.0/5.5G video iPod only. You should visit
www.ipodwizard.net for more themes and stuff. It's really straightforward and it's even doable when your iPod is formated in HFS+ (Mac Journaled).
The hack should provide the 5.0 with the 5.5 search function, but for the rest it's pure looks.
