I've followed all the directions on this site and the ogg file still doesn't play while I'm in BFHQ.

I converted my new file from a wav into a ogg.
Here is the diagnostic:

The Nominal bitrate is off by .001 but the serial code is the exact same.
I don't know why the Nominal bitrate is off by .001 but that's what I got when I encrypted the wav into an ogg. Perhaps this may be the problem but I don't know nor how to fix it.
If anyone has done this before and has gotten it to work. I could use some advice...
