A new CPU will propably require a new motherboard, so that's some more expences, but I still vote CPU.

Xbox is a lower type of class then PC on the gaming social chart.
Here's the chart
1. PC Gamer, Has the best experience on multiplayer
2. Xbox Gamer, Less aplications like XFIRE and such, fewer players on servers, a lot of games have non-dedicated servers in which theirs host advantage.
3.PS Gamer, Pretty much the same as XBOX, but the games aren't as good.
4.little kid,<- speaks for himself.
Buy a new processor and still be #1 on the chart.
