Think about it... look at what we do to ourselves around the world on a daily basis. We have wars, starvation, mass murders.(To name a few.) If I were to pick a place to be hell its definitely here. What do you guys think?

Others:
Is Earth heaven?
Is Earth purgatory?
Is Earth hell?
Is Earth the Matrix?
Row row row your boat
Gently down the stream
Merrily merrily merrily
Life is but a dream

If you are an atheist, how can you believe in Heaven and Hell?sergeriver wrote:
Hell No.
If I was going to "Create a Hell" I could make it 500 times worse than this planet.
I can agree, this could be hell, but it also could be heaven. Seeings how no person has ever returned from the dead with proof that they went to heaven/hell, how can anyone know. If by Hell you mean, some people here are suffering a fate worse than death, then yeaNaturn wrote:

I can also disagree Earth can also be a very beautiful place.
There is no Hell, just Portland OregonNaturn wrote:

The Earthly law of Death makes this not Hell. Hell would be worse if you got tortured for eternity and couldn't die.

No, Earth is not Hell, it is a test to see if you go to Heaven or Hell. It seems like Hell because God wants to see how you cope and he can then judge us according to the way we lived our life during the test.

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
earth is what you make of it.
im pretty sure it is!!!!
The concept of hell for me is entirely in mind. There is no physical hell, just what you put yourself through emotionally and physically. Hell could be the moment after you break up with a girl when you feel as if your life has no meaning, feeling emtionally drained. Hell could be the physical exhuastion your body feels after lifting weights. Hell is inherent in every human - and every human experiences hell to some degree. Same with heaven.
No, Earth isn't hell. The tribulation of life is hell (and heaven too!).

I would say yes if I lived in Iraq, or a country rife with terrorism, chaos, famine, and death.
Assuming for the purposes of this thread that a loosely Christian type hell exists...
I would say no, because as we all know, stuff for everybody can get a whole lot worse, and there is plenty of good in the world.
