i currently have a Pentium D 945 @3.4 Ghz. My system can support the addition of a second processor, but is it worth it? should i just get new mobo and processor?

so i take it i should get a new one? and i looked up that skulltrail thing, wtf? they make it sound like new tech. i have servers that are a couple years old with multiple processors, and i know alot of desktops support them...
Yes but skulltrail supports new processors with FSB rates of 1066 and 1333MHz. I don't think any other supports 800+steelie34 wrote:

Yes, the new Conroe/Core 2 architecture is far superior the one in Pentium Ds and Pentium 4s. New CPU and new mobo is the way to go.steelie34 wrote:

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity.
