For the record I have 277:04:15 in the chopper, and 13,092 logged kills...
This is not nessesarly in order, but.
1) Being hit be FF missles from freindly jets, the ship gun, mobile AA, or ground AA. Since 1.2 I have been hit by so many freindly heat seaking missles it's just crazy. This NEEDS to be fixed ASAP!!!
2) One of 2 things needs to happen. If thay want to keep the insano circle around the chopper missles (have you seen the vidio) then the burn time for the flares needs to be longer. If you're high up in the chopper while in a dog fight with a jet, or chopper, and somone gets lock, you're SCREWED. It doesnt take long for somone to figure out "wait untill he pops flares, thay burn out on about 3 seconds then shoot". This is BS!
3) Lock tone: Since 1.2 I have noticed somtimes the time untill you get the "BUZZ" and the time it takes for the missle to hit you is probibly less than a second. Its as if thay get "tone" before you even know it... Or before you here the buzz. How else are you to know when to pop flares if you dont get the lock warning???
4) 8 rockets... COME-ON. The standard combat load of the game in real life, would include 750 rounds of 20mm, 8 TV guided missles and (((16))) ROCKETS!!!, NOT 8.
The decreased range of the TV guided missles, I dont know if that was a good thing or not... And decreasing the armor on both jets, and choppers was a good thing. I'm not asking for a super raper helo, but just some balance would be nice. All thay did was go from one extreme to another.
