Read that, was glad to hear it.
They do it on NASCAR too
I don't understand why they put adverts in the middle of a race, we could miss a huge event like a crash or something.

Seriously don't complain, I have to watch the race over internet TV...and my connection is to crap to even stream fluidly.Mek-Izzle wrote:
Personally, I fucking hate the fact that F1 is on ITV. How the fuck can you do a continuous sporting event like F1 with adverts? I mean it just totally kills everything. This isn't fucking America, we don't do adverts in the middle of a sporting event. Thank fuck for the BBC.
Maybe Ill have to start d/ling the BBC airing, no commercials FTW

Practice in 3 hours!
What? I consider a crash to be a huge event. Not in the way that those guys on the other page are, but in a different perspective. Regardless, I don't want to miss something like that.
Ferrari strong in the first practice, but Hamilton looking strong in the second. Should be a good qualifying session.

lol, I maintain that crashes stop races and hurt race drivers...so real race fans don't like them.Mek-Izzle wrote:

But I get what your saying, so only (1/2) GTFO
I missed practice I have to watch on TVU Player (internet TV program) and "Wheels" (the channel that re-broadcasts SPEED TV) just went MIA last night.
BETTER be back for the race
Unlucky, over here it's broadcast for free on ITV (Channel 3), maybe you could get a stream of that I dunno.
And next season it's gonna be on BBC, which means no adverts. State-Run TV ftw, "all your broadcastings are belong to us" etc..

I found its on some other station Star Sports from that TVU player thing. Looks like tonight star sports has a recap of the last F1, the overview of the next WRC event, then Qualifying for this next F1.
Why don't we get cool sports channels like that in the US.

Star Sports, that's an Asian TV Channel. Hopefully you'll get English Commentary
Is it? Most of what I have seen on it was English. I though it was some kinda European...Mek-Izzle wrote:

Oh well, I used to download F1 in Spanish. At least I understand some of that.
I hope BMW gets it first win this year

Hamilton and Kovalainen penalised 5 places for holding up people on their flying laps.

A crappy day for Mclaren, but I can still see them getting a few places when the race starts. Not to mention the fact that alot of the cars still probably have reliability problems like the last GP. I don't think Hamilton's gonna win it, but he'll probably make the Podium.

I learned early on last season...never underestimate Lewis Hamilton...dont count him off the top spot just yetMek-Izzle wrote:

Gogo Hamilton
Good to see the Ferrari's not dominating as much as they did in Practice. Massa will probably end up with no points again, and it's good to have some one different in pole
Massa had a bad Q3, but everything else was fucking epic.Mek-Izzle wrote:

I hope it ends up as follows:
1. Kubica
2. Massa
3. Kimmiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Rooting for Kimi and BMW.
The BMW/Sauber continues to impress, and Robert Kubica...its just a matter of time before he stands on the top of the podium. Again, I am a huge Ferrari F1 fan, but I gotta respect what guys like Kubica and Hamilton have done.
