When the oil is a little hard it will hold together in the pore, the strip will grab the top of the hard piece of dirty oil (Black Head) and when you lift the strip off your nose it will sometimes stay together in one piece looking like a little worm stuck to the paper.ThaReaper wrote:

Kinda like pulling a worm out of a hole in the ground.
But if there is to much of a thin layer of skin over the black head it will not grad it, so it might take a few times before your able to get some black heads to pull out.
