It is so fake. Look at how there's a bunch of crap on the table, yet there's a small opening just so you can see his hand. Plus, his hand is on the table and completely spread out. It's so obvious they're focusing on the hand. Plus, when you get hit like that on the hand, you'd be in a lot of pain from a broken hand and not really concerned about fighting back. And even if you did fight back, the first instinct would be just to go right at the guy, not look for a fire extinguisher on the floor and hit him with it.
