When he becomes commander, he leaves the squad automatic. So why he should be still in the squad?

It s part of the red/blue name bug. There are 6 players in the squad. The 7th guy has joined the same squad on the other team. But he s displayed as if he s in your team due to this bug.

we had 9/6, no one could leave or even cycle squad to respawn. It sucked.
