Ooh, almost forgot. AMD X2 4200+, a complete beast of an overclocker. I got 3.00 GHz on stock air from 2.2 GHz, and no voltage changes at all.

well you can never really go wrong with asus. A 780i based gigabyte will be just as good, personal preference really.

it wont. it's a socket 939 too.

The XFX it is then, cheaper than the eVGA. Plus I love that company.

edit: whoa, forget that, the eVGA allows DDR2 1200 memory instead of DDR2 800 like the XFX.
